1. Free Delivery Across Pakistan

• We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement, to all serviceable areas across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (typically 2:00 PM PST) will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 business days.
• Other Cities and Remote Locations: 5-7 business days (may take up to 10 days in exceptional circumstances).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier company’s website to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Issues

• If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 24 hours.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
